Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing
from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing council recognized Institute
or University. OR
- B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic
B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/state
Nursing council recognized Institute or University.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife
with State / Indian Nursing Council. OR
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery
from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing council recognized Institute
/ Board or Council.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife
in State / Indian Nursing Council.
- Two Years’ Experience
in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational
qualification mentioned above.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age:
18 years
- Maximum Age:
30 years
- Age Relaxation:
Applicable as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates.
Selection Process
The selection process
involves:
1.
Online Computer-Based Test (CBT):
Objective type questions related to Nursing subjects, General Knowledge, and
Aptitude.
2.
Document Verification:
For candidates who qualify in the CBT.
Final selection will be
based on the performance in the CBT, subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria
and document verification.
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale:
Level 07 in the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-2 of ₹9300-34800 with
Grade Pay of ₹4600), Group-B.
- Other Benefits:
As per AIIMS norms, including medical facilities, leave entitlements, and
pension schemes.
